Psilocybe zapotecorum has a long history of spiritual use in Mexico and occurs throughout Central and South America. These spores are from Yoshi and originate from a cultivated source, not a wild collection. The original wild spores came from a collection Jordan Jacobs made in Vera Cruz, Mexico in 2022 iNat#134803503
