This cross created by Julian Mattucci originates from a Long Ghost x Gandalf dikaryon that was synthesized via dedikaryotization of Tim Piggs Long Ghost iso and Buller pairing of the subsequent monokaryons with another monokaryon from the "Gandalf" project. This produced 2 genetically different combinations of Long Ghost x Gandalf and the top performer was selected to create the Gandalf the White lineage and the other dikaryon was destroyed. Crosses made in this manner are a true combination of the parent strains instead of combinations of the offspring of the desired parent strains.
