Volanspateria (P natalensis x P cubensis "Kilor APE") is Kilor's side of the hybridization project that produced Yellow Umbo and was being worked on simultaneously by him. It is a Mon-Mon cross composed of a P natalensis monokaryon isolated by Yoshi and a P cubensis "Kilor APE" monokaryon isolated by Kilor, another proven interspecific hybrid of the two species!!
